Do I have to be home to receive my SPUD delivery?
You don't need to be home to receive your order — just let us know where you would like your grocery bin dropped off. We provide cold packs, freezer jackets and use dry ice to ensure everything arrives and stays fresh.
I live in an apartment - can I still get SPUD?
Absolutely! Either provide SPUD with a front entrance key (which will be labeled securely with a special code) or buzz the driver in remotely, and the groceries will be left at your unit door. We can provide you with a letter requesting a key from your building manager if you need. We can also leave your groceries in a secure location outside your building.
Where does SPUD deliver?
We deliver in BC's Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, Calgary, Edmonton - and the surrounding areas. Click on the area nearest you to see our delivery map.
Can I pick my order up from SPUD in person?
Sure can! You can pick up a delivery at SPUD HQ and select pickup locations.
